In 2004, the factories were certified according to the international Quality Management System ISO 9000, which is a high-class indicator of competitiveness and product quality. The factories have full-fledged test laboratories that guarantee the high quality of all products coming off the assembly line.

All struts and shock absorbers manufactured by JUST DRIVE are classic two-pipe gas-oil.Unlike oil (hydraulic) ones, nitrogen is pumped into the body cavity of the gas-oil shock absorber, which completely prevents the effect of oil foaming (aeration-cavitation), which is specific and dangerous for oil shock absorbers.

The strut, unlike shock absorber, additionally performs the functions of a spring support drive and is one of the key structural elements of the car, because supports the weight of the car while maintaining the correct orientation of the wheels relative to the body. As can be seen from the accompanying illustrations, strut also replaces the top ball joint and arm.
*** Installation rules for shock absorbers JUST DRIVE:
Before installation on a car, the shock absorber must be brought into working condition and pumped 2-3 times. This will help to identify cases where the valve mechanism is stuck, or similar. Please note that small dips in valve mechanism resistance and/or differences in stem entry and exit speeds are not a malfunction.
