The factory of the company “JUST DRIVE” for the production of suspension springs was founded in 1986. Today it is a modern and technological enterprise that integrates research, design and production of coil springs. The factory covers an area of more than 8000 square meters. It is important to note that more than 50 devices with a digital equipment control system are used in production.:

– Cutting and grinding line;

– Shot blasting machine;

– Hardening Furnace Line;

– Ultrasonic cleaning machine, as well as more than 10 testing mechanisms.

Certificates: ISO9001:2000, TS16949, SGS.

Coil spring production process “JUST DRIVE”:

1. Raw material preparation: steel wire in coils is put on a coil.

2. Forming the spring (winding process): the steel wire from the coil is fed to the machine, after which the winding process begins. The output is a finished spiral.

3. Primary hardening (spring tempering): the springs are fed into the incandescent furnace in a horizontal position. The workpiece is medium tempered at 410°C for 60 minutes (the workpiece hardness is reduced by approximately 40HRV) .

4. Shot blasting: Pre-tempered blanks are placed in the shot blasting booth. This procedure is necessary to remove the defects of previous processing processes. Under the action of many shots, the surface layer of the part is hardened.

5. Compression: after shot blasting, the workpiece is strengthened by applying physical pressure.

6. Trial tests: are carried out in a specially designated test laboratory, where, with the help of a flaw detector, the workpieces are checked for chips and scratches, as well as other defects, and samples are additionally measured. At the next stage, the workpieces are tested for statics and dynamics using special test machines, it is through them all information is displayed on a computer.

7. Secondary hardening: after carrying out trial tests, the workpieces undergo secondary hardening (secondary tempering). In the same way as in the first case, an average vacation of the workpiece is carried out, but already at a temperature of 360 C for 50 minutes.

8. Painting: carried out in special painting booths, the paint is applied in three layers, after painting the blanks are dried.

9. Marking: produced in the warehouse of finished products using a special machine.
